Delta's booking engine needed redesign to improve usability, highlight competitive pricing features, and create clearer progress indicators throughout the multi-step booking process.

Lessons

Played integral role in site redesign. Collaborated on booking engine prototype, featuring the 'Low Price Guarantee' and milestone markers. Components included the new tab style, 'LOWEST' indicator, more readable progress display, and consolidated login area.
