Portal stakeholders needed a clearer view of what users actually valued most so that redesign and roadmap conversations could focus on the most meaningful improvements.

Designed the survey structure, framed the question areas across presentation, content, navigation, social, and integration concerns, and summarized the resulting responses into an executive-friendly priority view.

Research does not need to be elaborate to be useful. Even a straightforward internal survey can sharpen roadmap discussions when the output is organized and legible. This survey captured self-reported user priorities for the enterprise portal and translated scattered opinion into a ranked view of what people most wanted improved. The work helped ground redesign conversations in evidence rather than assumption.
