Design System Logo
Design systems need more than components. They also need a clear identity people can recognize, remember, and trust. The challenge was to create a mark that felt modern and distinctive while still appropriate for a standards-driven, low-drama environment.
Explored naming and visual directions, sketched multiple logo concepts, refined proportion and spacing for clarity at small sizes, and evaluated how the mark would behave in documentation, presentations, and internal design-system communication.
Gave the DRUID effort a recognizable visual anchor that made it feel more like a real product and less like an abstract internal initiative. The identity supported communication, documentation, and adoption conversations across teams.
Even small identity work can strengthen design-system adoption when it creates clarity, consistency, and a sense of shared ownership.
