Problem
Scholarship casework requires a single workflow surface that keeps data, people and documents coherent across many moving parts.
What I Did
Designed the information architecture around core objects (Schools, Team, Libraries/KB, Forms & Letters, Settings/Data). Built a cohesive UI system + screens to cover key operational surfaces end-to-end. Used rapid iteration to validate "does this scale?" before committing to build decisions.
Impact
Delivered a stakeholder-alignment prototype showing the complete surface area of the workflow. Reduced ambiguity around navigation, ownership and where work lives (team vs data vs docs). Created a clear blueprint for prioritizing build phases (MVP, admin, automation).
Lessons
Prototype scope matters—showing the full surface area early exposes navigation debt before it's expensive.
