This site is still in alpha phase, but published to show the new face. I'm actively working to iron out bugs, rewrite, pour in content (PDFs, videos, slideshows, images) and improve and polish things.

UX Design Primer

Problem

Stakeholders and teammates often need a plain-language explanation of what UX contributes, what artifacts it produces and why the work extends beyond screens alone.

What I Did

Created an educational deck that explains the UX process, artifact progression, requirements gathering, research methods, desktop and mobile wireframing, mockups, standards documentation and realistic time estimation.

Impact

The artifact helps make UX legible to non-design audiences and gives teams a shared vocabulary for discussing scope, deliverables, and expectations.

Lessons

A design practice gains leverage when it can explain itself clearly. Internal communication about process is often as important as the artifacts themselves. This presentation distills how UX work was framed and communicated inside the enterprise portal team. It covers the lifecycle from strategy and research through wireframes, mockups, delivery, style-guide work and continuous improvement.
